Visit our neighborhood bookstore at 354 Norway Avenue, Huntington WV. In our shop, we love to talk about the great books we are reading. Loitering is encouraged. We have just expanded! We are so excited that the new section is done. For all our loyal customers, thanks for putting up with the stacks of books everywhere for the last 2 years. Come in and see the new shop, its just BEAUTIFUL. It was well worth the wait and we are busy planning events, new book clubs and other fun things now that we can spread out. For those waiting to bring in books because you saw we we're bulging out the door, wait no more! Bring them on, we're ready. We typically offer store credit between 5 & 15% of what we sell the book for. We offer .50 - .75 cents for hard backs (sorry, they take up too much room!) See our Credit Policy for more details. We are West Virginia's only New & Used Independent Bookstore specializing in Genre Fiction; Romance, Science Fiction, Fantasy, Mystery. We do have other things, but these are our favorites, what we read, and what we know the most about. We carry a substantial backlist of your favorite genre authors, and are building our reputation on finding that "elusive" book with our book buying service. We also have a firm commitment to growing readers! We have a great children's area and Young Adult section. We offer select toys, Folkmanis Puppets, Barefoot Books and Mud Puppy toys. Our new Community Learning Center can help you with books for school and other educational opportunities for your children Stephanie Fisher is director of our Learning Center . She is a WV certified teacher as well as a homeschooler. We have developed a number of programs to meet your educational needs. She accepts appointments for consultation on education materials and also offers indiviualized education planning services. Call the store for an appointment. We have both new and used books. We offer credit for books taken in trade.
