Payment: Pay by American Expres, Visa, Mastercard or money order. Money orders must be drawn on a U.S. bank. Money orders must be received before books will ship. Florida residents are required to pay 7% sales tax. West Virginia residents are required to pay 6% sales tax.

Money orders and credit card payments usually ship the day after payment information is received.

Shipping Fees: Buyer pays shipping fees and insurance fees where applicable. Shipping & handling starts as low as $4.00 within the continental U.S. for media mail shipping of a standard novel sized book. Oversized books or sets will cost a bit more. Priority shipping and overseas shipping also cost more. Shipping costs can be calculated during the ordering process. If you have further questions, please contact us with your address and we will let you know shipping costs to your location.

Insurance is extra and must be requested by the buyer at the time of purchase. Insurance is not required for books valued below $50, but if refused, loss or damage during shipping is at buyer's risk. For books valued at $50 and over, insurance is required and will be charged at cost.

Single books are wrapped in plastic, and packed in water resistant bubble padded envelope. Multiple books will be wrapped and packed in an appropriate sized box. Rest assured we will package your book very well and do everything in our power to see it gets there, and in one piece! We ship by USPS (U.S. Postal Service), UPS and Fedx Express.

Shipping Methods: Media Mail is the least expensive rate. Shipping by this method can take between 5 to 10 days and up to two weeks, although it is often faster than that. Priority Mail is guaranteed to most U.S. locations within three to five business days. If you need the book really fast, there is the option of Overnight service. We will do our best to accommodate you for overnight shipping, but it isn't always possible. Orders received after 10:00 am on Fridays are not eligible for overnight mail. Two day mail include 2 extra days for the weekend.

For our international customers, surface shipping is the least expensive rate, but it is slow, taking four to six weeks on average. Air mail usually takes a week to 10 days. Please note that the biggest delay in shipping internationally is the customs department in the receiving country.

Orders that come in on Friday and Saturday will go out the following Monday.

Returns: You may return your purchase within 10 days if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason. You need to send an email to returns@bookwormsattic.com and indicate that you are sending a return. No returns will be accepted without email notification..
